Groundhogs Day is right around the corner and you know I couldn’t resist creating a cute little craft for the occasion!!

I like to try and squeeze as much “craft time” into the classroom as possible. My kids love making crafts. It can be tricky with everything else we have to squeeze into the week. But my kiddos know that if we work hard all week, there is almost always a craft and writing piece waiting for them come Friday. And any other day that it ties into what we happen to be learning. But shhhh – don’t tell them that!! 😉

This year though they’re in extra luck, because Groundhogs Day is February 2nd. (A Saturday) Which means we will start this on Friday with the crafts and Graphing Predictions…

{I couldn’t decide which way I liked better. So I decided to go for both}

…and write our Newspaper Articles about it on Monday after the results are officially in!!

For a chance to win a copy, comment below (include your e-mail)…I’ll pick a winner later tonight 🙂

Congrats to #6 Lori!!
